Team Finnan's Gift - DJW does 3kms!
Story
Please help me raise funds for Finnan's Gift at The Royal Children's Hospital, Melbourne. Finnan's Gift was founded by Alisa and Oliver Camplin-Warner to honour their son Finnan who was diagnosed in-utero with congenital heart disease (CHD) and passed away at just 10 days old. The project aims to raise funds for cardiac care at The Royal Children's Hospital, Melbourne and awareness for CHD, which is the leading cause of death in young children in Australia.
I've joined Team Finnan's Gift and will take part in the Melbourne Marathon Festival (participating in the very impressive 3 kilometre walk) to help raise the $150,000 needed for the 2017 grant to the hospital. These funds will help purchase a Karl Storz Vitom and Camera System for the Cardiac Surgery Unit.
Activity
Finnan's Gift – supporting the Royal Children's Hospital Foundation
With your support, Finnan's Gift will help save and improve lives by providing tangible gifts to The Royal Children's Hospital, Melbourne. Whether it be a piece of critical equipment, much needed research, advanced training or greater support for patients and families, Finnan's Gift makes a difference while raising awareness of Congenital Heart Disease.
We are incredibly proud of the many gifts made so far and all who've helped make it possible. We hope you will find it within your strong working heart to make a donation or help raise funds, which will improve the odds for all the children whose little hearts still need serious help.
With love,
Alisa & Oliver Camplin-Warner
